How do I cancel my Lift Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store account. On iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Find Lift and select Cancel.

Does Lift work without an internet connection?

Yes — Lift is fully offline. All features work without any internet connection. Your data never leaves your device.

Can I change my faith track?

Yes. You can change your faith track in the app's Settings screen at any time. Your daily messages will update immediately.

Is my data private?

Completely. Lift stores all data locally on your device only. We never collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

I'm having a technical issue. What should I do?

First try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling (note: this will clear your local data). If you're still experiencing problems, email us at troy@novasenllc.com with a description of the issue and your device type.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History, find your purchase, and select Request Refund.

Is Lift a replacement for therapy or professional mental health care?

No. Lift is a personal encouragement and wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We encourage using Lift alongside professional support where appropriate.
