How do I cancel my ThePath Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your app store account — not through ThePath itself. To cancel: on iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Find ThePath and select Cancel.

I lost my sobriety date data. Can it be recovered?

ThePath stores all data locally on your device for privacy. If you uninstalled the app or lost your device, that data cannot be recovered from our end — we never had it. We recommend noting your sobriety date somewhere safe as a backup.

Does ThePath work without an internet connection?

Yes — ThePath is fully offline. All features work without any internet connection. Your data never leaves your device.

How do I change my faith track?

You can change your faith track in the app's Settings screen. The daily messages will update immediately to reflect your new selection.

I'm having a technical issue with the app. What should I do?

First try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling (note: this will clear your local data). If you're still experiencing problems, email us at troy@novasenllc.com with a description of the issue and your device type.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History, then find your purchase and select Request Refund.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. ThePath collects zero personal data. Everything stays on your device. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
