ThePath App

Privacy Policy

How ThePath handles your information — and why we keep it entirely on your device.

Effective date: May 28, 2026  ·  Last updated: May 28, 2026

The short version: ThePath does not collect, transmit, store, or share any of your personal data. Everything you enter into the app — your sobriety date, mood check-ins, journal entries, and personal notes — stays entirely on your device. No accounts. No cloud. No servers. No data ever leaves your phone.

1. Who We Are

ThePath is a mobile application developed and published by Novasen LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Our contact information is at the bottom of this policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

5. Third-Party Services

ThePath may include integration with Meeting Guide, a free app developed by Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. that helps users find nearby AA and NA meetings. If you choose to open Meeting Guide from within ThePath:

ThePath uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscription purchases. RevenueCat processes payment transactions on our behalf. RevenueCat may collect limited transaction data necessary to process your subscription. Please review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy for details.

6. Push Notifications

ThePath sends local push notifications for mood check-in reminders. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not require an internet connection or involve any data transmission to Novasen LLC.

7. Children's Privacy

ThePath is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used this app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

ThePath offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). All payment processing is handled entirely by Google and Apple respectively. Novasen LLC does not receive, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests are handled through your respective app store account settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of ThePath after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Your Rights

Because ThePath does not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All of your data lives on your device and is fully within your control. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling ThePath from your device.
