How do I cancel my CraveBreak Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your app store account — not through CraveBreak itself. To cancel: on iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. Find CraveBreak and select Cancel.
Is CraveBreak a diet or meal-planning app?
No. CraveBreak is an encouragement and awareness companion, not a diet planner, calorie counter, or meal-tracker. It's designed to support your mindset and momentum — and it works best alongside guidance from your own doctor or a qualified professional.
Does CraveBreak work without an internet connection?
Yes — CraveBreak is designed to work offline. Your data stays on your device and never leaves it.
I lost my data after reinstalling. Can it be recovered?
CraveBreak stores all data locally on your device for privacy. If you uninstalled the app or lost your device, that data cannot be recovered from our end — we never had it. We recommend noting anything important somewhere safe as a backup.
I'm having a technical issue with the app. What should I do?
First try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling (note: this will clear your local data). If you're still experiencing problems, email us at troy@novasenllc.com with a description of the issue and your device type.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store. On iPhone, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Budget & History, then find your purchase and select Request Refund.
Is my personal information safe?
