CraveBreak is a mobile application developed and published by Novasen LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Our contact information is at the bottom of this policy.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

CraveBreak is designed from the ground up to be a private, offline application. We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Your craving check-ins or streak data
• Your journal entries or personal notes
• Your trigger tags or reflection responses
• Your goals, milestones, or progress data
• Your location or device GPS data
• Your usage patterns, analytics, or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic information
• Any health, dietary, or medical information

3. How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter into CraveBreak is stored locally on your device using a local database that exists only on your phone. This data is:

• Never transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party
• Never backed up to Novasen LLC systems
• Never shared with any person or organization
• Fully deleted when you uninstall the app

CraveBreak is designed to function offline. An internet connection is not required to use the core features of the app.

4. Push Notifications

CraveBreak may send local push notifications for encouragement and check-in reminders. These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device and do not require an internet connection or involve any data transmission to Novasen LLC.

5. Third-Party Services and Payments

CraveBreak may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases. Any payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS). Novasen LLC does not receive, store, or have access to your credit card or payment information. If CraveBreak integrates any additional third-party service in the future, this policy will be updated to describe it.

6. Children's Privacy

CraveBreak is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used this app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of CraveBreak after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Your Rights

Because CraveBreak does not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All of your data lives on your device and is fully within your control. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling CraveBreak from your device.
